I have had this bag over 10 years now all of which I have done on the road as a consultant. Countless miles later, a new wheel set, handle, and hangers, this bag still looks like day 1. I love and so does everyone else. I still get a compliment every time I travel. It can carry three suits and boxed shirts with shoes and it will get you through a full week on the road.
- Hartmann customer services has been excellent. I just wish they would make a larger size of this bag.

Bullet proof - but the service is even better

I have had this bag for nearly 10 years and I am fairly convinced that the thing is bomb proof. I have had to replace leather handles (snapped, just due to time and wear), wheels (normal wear and tear), and the retractable handle (twice - only weak spot in the design). However, the service is amazing and and, as it is guaranteed for life, always no charge. Before this bag, I used to buy a new garment bag every year. With this bag, I can stay out for two weeks and, like the Energizer Bunny, it keeps going, and going, and going.

I purchased this for a three day trip to San Diego this summer from our local (Fresno area) Hartmann retailer. It held everything perfectly with zero wasted space. This is a high quality piece and, I believe, was treated as such by airport personnel.
