I have owned this spinner for over a year and after travelling every week with it, it’s still in amazing shape. Aesthetically, I love my tweed Hartmann bags, but this one has been a game changer for me. It's very sturdy and extremely light weight which is fantastic for my small stature. The size is perfect for my typical 2-3 day trips and it fits in the overhead bin of the CRJ200 (tiny planes!) It’s true that you get some scratches on it, but it rubs right off so I wouldn’t be too concerned with it. I have been such a huge fan of this luggage that I have since bought the other sizes for my other travel needs.

I am a 30 plus year Hartmann customer. I wanted this new hard side and after of 6 months of owning it, I finally used it. Within the hour it was scratched up from toppling over in the car service. I guess I did not do enough homework on this one. The scratches are not attractive at all. The interior space is great.
