great except that feet fall off

I love this bag. It might really be rated a three or four star depending on how important it is to have FEET attached! I take it everywhere with me. It washes up nicely with warm water and mild soap which is critical for a cosmetic bag. It has many hidden pouches. My big complaint is that I took it to a sharon luggage twice and both times it was not returned repaired and cleaned. The cleaning was poor and the feet were not replaced. I need the feet replaced on this item and the center button underneath also came off. The fabric and leather have held up but the buttons and feet have fallen off...can i get these in the mail and attach them myself? It is NOT easy to get repairs on any hartmann item i have found. I understand the factory is in lebanon TN which is hours away...should I go there and drop it off? Several other hartmann bags i have need repair. The lifetime warranty means very little to me now...because I can't find anyuone near me to fix problems!
