Monogram personalization is a great way to make a Hartmann item truly your own. It's also a great way to make a gift even more special!

About the Process

Each monogram is engraved into our Belting Leather products using a laser beam technology that precisely burns into the leather, forming a dark brown/black color.

We are proud to offer monogram personalization on our fine Belting Leather products, including business cases, business accessories and personal leather goods. We also offer monogram personalization on our Belting Leather luggage tags.

Pricing

Items may be monogrammed for an additional charge. These charges vary depending on the type of product to be monogrammed. Please see the chart below. Applicable tax will be added to the cost of the monogram as well.

You can choose from several styles. Samples of each style are shown below. Due to clarity of the monogram, certain styles are only available on Natural Belting Leather. Depending on the product you are ordering, all three Belting Leather colors (natural, black and cognac) may or may not be available for that item.

Location

We offer monogram personalization on the exterior and interior of products. Select products, however, may only be monogrammed on the exterior. The monogram location is predetermined based on the item you are ordering. For additional questions concerning location, please contact Hartmann Customer Service at 1.800.331.0613.

The size of the monogram is predetermined by the item you are ordering. Please see the sample images below. Images are shown for illustration purposes only.

You may choose two or three characters to monogram.

Delivery Time

Products ordered with monogram personalization require additional delivery time. Please allow approximately ten additional business days for delivery. If you are ordering monogram personalization for a product on backorder, please add approximately ten additional business days to the backorder due date for delivery.

Order and Return Policy

We regret that monogrammed items cannot be returned or exchanged. Monogram personalization orders are accepted on hartmann.com only and cannot be taken over the phone. Monogram personalization is not available for previously purchased products.

All products available for monogram personalization have either a Monogram This Item check box or a Monogram Luggage Tag check box on the product details page. Simply check the box, click Add to Cart, and you will be directed to a separate page with easy to follow instructions.
