Repair Process Hartmann offers two options if your product is in need of repair. 1. Send your Hartmann® product to us directly. All products must be boxed, and we recommend sending them to us insured via a traceable carrier such as UPS® or FedEx®. Please fill out the Repair Request Form and send it with along with your product to: Hartmann, Inc.Upon arrival, your Hartmann® product will be inspected by a repair specialist and suggestions will be made for repair or refurbishment. A customer service representative will contact you to review the repairs and charges and will obtain your permission to complete the desired work. Repairs generally take 4 - 6 weeks once we receive authorization from you to do the repair. To expedite your repair service, please include your day and evening telephone numbers as well as your e-mail address on the Repair Request Form. 2. A number of our International and U.S. dealers have in-store repair facilities. Please note: Repair services offered by our dealers are independent of Hartmann and are priced at the sole discretion of the dealer. Please check our list of authorized repair centers to see if there is a location near you that offers this service. To order replacement parts for your Hartmann product (i.e. straps, locks, etc.), please contact our Customer Service Department by e-mail at customerservice@pobox.hartmann.com or by phone at 1-800-331-0613.
