Return Policy If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Hartmann will gladly provide an exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of shipping, provided all items are unused and the hangtags are attached to the product(s). Upon receipt of your merchandise, Hartmann will promptly process your return. The cost of the item and applicable taxes will be refunded to the credit card used for the purchase. Please note that, depending on your credit card company, it may take up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement. If you received your Hartmann product as a gift and you satisfy the return conditions described above, Hartmann will gladly provide an immediate exchange or a merchandise credit that will be valid for one year from the date of issue on products sold through hartmann.com. To exchange or return an item, please follow the instructions listed below: 1) Pack your item in the original Hartmann boxBe sure to retain a copy of the receipt for your records. Please note this return policy applies to products purchased through hartmann.com only. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer. Price adjustments will not be made on previously purchased products.
