International Shipments
For shipments going outside the United States, Hartmann uses DHL International Express. For additional information on our International Shipping program, including restrictions, fees and taxes, read more here.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
At this time, Hartmann does not offer the ability to ship to multiple addresses on one order. If you would like to ship to more than one address, you must place an order for each address.
Delivery Time
Hartmann uses UPS® to ship all merchandise. Once an order is placed, please allow 24 hours for processing. Most purchases are shipped directly from our Distribiution Center and will generally arrive within 5 business days. Expedited shipping is available by selecting either Next Day Service or Second Day Serivce from the shipping drop down menu during the checkout process. Special arrangements for delivery (ie..: Saturday delivery) may be made by contacting our customer service department.
Tax Rates
Upon processing your order, you will be charged a sales tax equal to the tax rate of the ship-to address.
